Education Scholarship is a important and rewarding way that educators can contribute to the growing body of knowledge about teaching and learning, share their high-quality resources, curricula, and other materials with other educators, and help improve the education of health professionals. Scholarship involves engaging in inquiry to understand how, why, and to what extent our educational efforts affect learning. Scholarship can include curriculum development, teaching, learner assessment, program evaluation, advising and mentoring, faculty development, and educational leadership an adminstration. Scholarship involves conducting inquiry in a systematic way; building on exisitng knowledge, theory, and evidence; disseminating the work so others can provide feedback, apply it in their own practice, and build on it; and engaging in reflective critique and improvement. On this page, we provide resources that can support your scholarly pursuits, including opportunities for Consultations, Professional Development, Dissemination, and Resources
